Dark and noisy apartment with no toiletries
Big rooms, good location near tram station. Good to have a washing machine. However there are no toiletries and the apartment needs maintenance. Lighting is greatly insufficient. Noise insulation is also very bad, you can hear each step of the person upstairs walking in their room, and it sounds very very heavy that it’s sometimes annoying at night.

Plenty of space, but the furnishing was very spartan. The TV on the wall was tiny, it was dwarfed by the large empty wall and looked completely out of place. Other than that, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The location was very good, walking distance to the commercial center of Lisbon.

Apartment facility 에 관하여 - 아쥴레쥬 타일 장식이 멋진 건물 - 방크기 넓고, 침실, 거실, 주방이 분리 - kitchen 에 도구가 잘 갖추어져 있는데, cooking pot 이 작은 것 하나만 있어서 불편. 요청했지만 2일 후 받음 (상주 직원이 없어 이런 서비스가 지연) - 엘리베이터 고장으로 일부 기간 이용 못하여 불편하였음 위치 좋음 - 지하철 Cais do Sodre역에서 버스 2정류장 - 호텔 바로 앞에 버스와 트램 - 관광객이 이용하는 18번 트램정류장도 멀지 않음

This property was in a decent location, close enough to walk to most of downtown Lisbon. The apartment was very spacious and affordable. Access to the apartments was also. very easy. Unfortunately, the towels provided were small, no one came to clean our rooms/take out trash/change out towels. Although spacious, there is little in the apartment to make it seem comfortable. The walls and floors are bare throughout giving it a very sterile feel. There was no contact person to discuss our problems with. Also be aware that there is no assigned parking for this building and street parking can be a significant challenge.

This is in an excellent location for a really reasonable price. There are no frills, with basic provisions, and accommodations. We were out and about most days and didn’t spend much time in the room.

Apartment is basic, Hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up, internet connection very poor. only available in the living room, No physical staff present, Construction works going on next to the apartment, no Luggage storage after check-out. Excellent location, modern kitchen, My flat was very spacious, It would have easily accommodate five adult. I was travelling alone.My flat had naturally light. Tram line inn from of the flat.

Newly renovated, very attractive building. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen. Loved neighborhood it was in. Had very high ceilings and beautiful tall windows. Very attractive wood looking floor. However it was very spartan. Bedroom had 2 twin beds and no other furniture. Desperately needed night tables. Bathroom needed shower mat and a bar of soap for shower would have been nice. We were provided 2 towels and 2 hand towels for the 2 of us. They pleasantly brought 2 more. Down side was that renovation was going on on both sides of us. Very noisy. Wish I had known this in advance. I would rate our stay there an 8. If they would spend a little more and add night tables, towel bars and hooks in bath along with shower rug and soap, bedroom and living room end tables it could easy be a 10.

The location is excellent. Easy to check in and out. Very spacious. A great place to stay. Only a few niggles that aren’t major but would be nice. That is to have more than the one mirror in the bathroom. The tv in our room didn’t work, to have a tea towel in the kitchen and more than one pillow. Otherwise a great clean place.

The property was lovely and the location was nice and central too, we were 2 adults and 2 children and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. In relation to some suggestions - it would have been nice to have somewhere to store luggage, as we were out of the apartment at 11am but did not leave for the airport until 6pm, so we brought our luggage to the train station to use the secure luggage storage facility which was easy to use. We might also suggest that there is an after office hours contact for the apartment - this might be useful. But we had a great time, we loved the city and the people were so nice and friendly and we would love to visit again, Regards Joe
