This home has been completely renovated and equipped to provide a comfortable stay. A baby crib, high chair, baby bath and toys are available for little ones. This delightful 140 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
The bedrooms are elegantly decorated; two bedrooms have a queen bed each, and the third has a double bed. All bedrooms have complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces to ensure a good night's rest.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The highlight of the property is the terrace with a peaceful garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The terrace includes a jacuzzi, perfect for indulging in some relaxation.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in a Portuguese neighbourhood, the property is within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and other essential services.
Only a 15-minute walk to the beach at São Pedro do Estoril or the São Pedro do Estoril train station. Other beaches at Carcavelos, Estoril, Cascais and Guicho are minutes away by car.
The property's central location allows you to explore a region of exceptional beauty. Vibrant Lisboa is a half-hour drive or train ride away, as are the beaches of Cascais and the palaces of Sintra.
This area has the perfect climate for year-round surfing, fishing, sailing, biking, hiking and more.
The main attractions in the area include the Palaces of Sintra, the beaches of Cascais and the sights of Lisbon, such as the Pena Palace, Carcavelos & Guincho beaches, Jerónimos Monastery/Torre de Belém, and the Lisbon Zoo and Oceanário.
Be sure to visit the Centro Histórico de Cascais and its many restaurants, shops, museums, and art galleries. For a night out, try Casino Estoril, a 10-minute drive away.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Across from the bus stop to downtown Parade and the train station. 15-minute walk to São João do Estoril train station.
There are two houses on the property. The caretaker and maid live in the back house with their small, friendly/harmless dog. They are available for support if required.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
