This lovely two-bedroom apartment is situated in a small residential cul-de-sac off a boulevard popular with motorists and surrounded by low-lying houses. It has a spacious, well-sunlit living and dining area with everything to make yourself home. The living room features a sofa to recline and a TV with built-in streaming services for your entertainment.

The kitchen has all the essentials to cook homestyle meals, with complimentary tea and coffee.

Outside, the balcony has a calming view of the neighbourhood and is best enjoyed during a slow-moving sunset in the summer.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the secondary bedroom has two single beds. Both are well-appointed, sunlit, and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

There's one bathroom with everything and a dedicated toilet room for guests. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Laid-back Parede is home to Avencas and Parede beaches, overlooked by fine-dining restaurants and terrace bars on the waterfront promenade. Cosy pastry shops and seafood cafes centre around Avenida da República. The 19th-century Palacete de Alfredo César de Menezes Vasconcelos has mock-Gothic styling. There are sunset views over the Atlantic from the graffitied ruins of RAC 2ª Bataria da Parede army barracks.

Parede is a relatively small town, and many sites can be easily accessed on foot. Some popular attractions within walking distance include the Praia da Parede beach, the Nossa Senhora da Conceição Church, and the Parque Marechal Carmona park.

The distance from Parede, Portugal, to Lisbon is approximately 22 kilometres. By car, it takes around 20-30 minutes; by train, about 25-35 minutes; and by bus, around 30-40 minutes, depending on the schedule and traffic conditions. The nearest station is Parede (Cascais Line) is about a brisk 10-minute walk away from the apartment.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
