This spacious 4-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient holiday home. The apartment is on the fifth floor and is accessible by elevator.

With ample space and comfortable amenities, it provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The living room is beautifully furnished with a large sofa, an armchair, a big table, and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, creating a restful and inviting atmosphere. The bookshelf adds a touch of charm and offers a selection of reading materials for your enjoyment. The highlight of the living room is the balcony, complete with a BBQ for sizzling grilled delicacies, a table, and chairs where you can sip your morning coffee or share a glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs.

The apartment offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, with one bedroom featuring a bunk bed and a private bathroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and one luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed, a writing desk, and a private balcony. Each bedroom also includes a TV for your entertainment needs. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Areeiro is a civil parish located in the eastern part of Lisbon. It is a central and well-established city area known for its mix of residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. It is adjacent to other prominent sites like Alameda, Alvalade, and Arroios.

Areeiro benefits from excellent transportation links. It is served by several metro stations, including Areeiro and Alameda, providing quick access to other parts of Lisbon. Bus routes and train stations are also available for commuters.

The Jardim Fernando Pessa is a green space in the parish where residents can enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation. It's a pleasant spot to unwind.

The parish offers many amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Residents have access to all the essential services they need for daily living.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
