Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and only a 10-minute drive from the nearby beaches the apartment is fully furnished with all amenities for a wonderful stay. The private balcony offers a welcome space to enjoy the outdoors in style.
The bedroom is well-appointed with a queen-size bed. It has a sliding glass door with direct access to the balcony, which allows for an easy escape during the warmer months. Inside, there is a set of drawers and a rattan nightstand to keep your things tidy and organised. The hotel-quality linens, combined with the spacious interiors, make sleeping in this room very pleasant to relax in.
The living area is spacious and well-designed, with a large L-shaped couch that can be converted into a double for an additional two guests; floor-to-ceiling windows, and a TV for your own personal entertainment. The property boasts plenty of natural light and an ideal neighbourhood view. The kitchen is well-equipped with the essential appliances and amenities you need, including a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods; a washing machine to help refreshen your clothes; an electric stove and oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, and more. There is a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and views of the neighbourhood. It is covered and has a dining table for 2 and two comfortable lounge chairs, making it ideal for alfresco dining. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with a shower head, and a towel rack. Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

The Boca do Inferno is a famous cliff formation that provides some amazing views of the ocean, while the Casino Estoril is a popular place to gamble and enjoy a show. The Mercado da Vila is a traditional market where you can buy fresh produce, and the Praia de São Pedro do Estoril is a great spot for a swim or a surf. If you're looking for a bit of relaxation, the Palacio Estoril Golf and Wellness Hotel offers a range of spa treatments. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in town, offering everything from fresh handmade pasta to cocktails by the pool. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
