Our 50sqm apartment provides a homely and convenient base for your Lisbon adventure. It's an ideal place to stay if you want to immerse yourself in the city's culture while enjoying comfortable accommodations.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The inviting living room features a sofa and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The living room is illuminated with natural light, thanks to its large window.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed, while the second bedroom is a small room with a convertible sofa bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Alcântara is a trendy and lively neighbourhood situated in the city of Lisbon, Portugal. Between the Tagus River and the hills of Lisbon, Alcântara offers a blend of historic charm, contemporary culture, and convenient amenities. Alcântara has become a hub for artists, designers, and entrepreneurs, contributing to its bohemian and innovative vibe.

Alcântara's location along the riverfront allows residents to enjoy scenic views, waterfront promenades, and leisure activities by the Tagus River. The iconic Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge adds to the neighbourhood's unique skyline. The LX Factory, a creative and cultural complex housed in a former industrial site, is a focal point of Alcântara. This area features an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural events, making it a vibrant and dynamic gathering spot.

For transportation, Alcântara benefits from well-connected tram and bus routes, providing easy access to other parts of Lisbon. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Alcantara-Terra, is just a 22-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Please note that construction work is occurring near the property, and there may be some daytime noise.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
