A stylish apartment located in the heart of Alfama; a neighbourhood popular amongst tourists who to see the beautiful vistas and walk among the many winding cobblestone streets that snake throughout the quarter. It's situated in a well-preserved 19th-century building that features some of the original features such as the tiles, windows and doors, but comes refurbished with new wooden floors and modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Lisbon.
Suited for large groups of friends and families, as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the living, which is decorated to be perfect place to relax or entertain yourselves. These include a wrap-around sofa which can be converted into a bed for two, a large flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table that accommodates up to four. The windows faces towards the courtyard and allows tons of natural sunlight to fill up the space.
The kitchen is separate and has the original stone-work/masonry being used as the floors and counter space. It comes fully-equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, sink and stove/oven. An electrical kettle, microwave, coffee machine and toaster are also provided. Guests will also find a dishwasher for added convenience, and a washing machine if they need to freshen up their clothes throughout their stay in my home.
There are four bedrooms in the apartment: 2 bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed; 1 one is equipped with a double-bed; 1 is equipped with single bed (and is ideal for children). All bedrooms are equipped with storage to help keep your personal belongings safe and neatly, while all the beds in the apartment are lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a goodnight's rest. One of the bedrooms is an ensuite with a shower/tub in the bathroom, while the other bathroom shared throughout the apartment only has a shower. Both come with toiletries and hair dryers, while fresh towels are given at no extra cost.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The steep streets of Alfama, one of Lisbon’s oldest areas, are lined with shops selling traditional crafts and cafes. Passengers pack the historic no. 28 tram, which winds through Alfama on its way up to 11th-century São Jorge Castle. Views from Miradouro da Graça terrace stretch over the city to the River Tagus. In the evening, melancholy Fado music can be heard in some of the area's long-running restaurants.
Santiago is a charming neighbourhood located in the heart of Lisbon. This district is known for its winding cobblestone streets, picturesque alleyways and stunning architecture. The Castelo de S. Jorge and Santa Justa Lift are two of the most popular attractions in Santiago, while the Lisbon Cathedral, Arco da Rua Augusta and National Pantheon are also well worth a visit. In addition, the Mercado de Santa Clara and Botanical Garden of Lisbon are both worth a visit if you're looking for something to do in the area.
My apartment resides in a quiet residential street lined with historical townhouses which have been converted into apartments
The closest tram stations within walking distance of my home are Limeoira and Miradouro Sta. Luzia, which are both on the same street, Rua Limoeiro.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 40€ included.
