Welcome to my home!

Situated in a classical Portuguese building, the apartment is fully furnished with modern amenities, including an open kitchen for you to enjoy with your friends/family, along with built-in storage in the bedrooms for guests to keep their personal belongings secure.

There is also a private terrace so you can enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day.

The apartment comes with 1 double bed, and 1 single bed, both of which are lined with hotel-quality linens.

Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided for your personal convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on your anticipated arrival.

Important Note: Starting on 15th of May, there will be construction on the apartment above. There will be noise from 8AM-5PM during week days.
Also, there is a narrow staircase to reach the apartment.

NOTE: The flat is located on a noisy street!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in the center of Lisbon. The street is lined with small cafes and restaurants. There is a beautiful botanical garden not too far from the street, and many attractions within walking distance.

R. Angelina Vida is just a few steps away from the apartment and is connected to the No. 2 Tram

The airport is about 20 minutes away from the apartment by taxi.

Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)

It was very hard to find it, myself and my daughter walked up and down the street many times and whe
It was very hard to find it, myself and my daughter walked up and down the street many times and when we eventually found it the key box was up too high for me to see if the keycode was correct. We didn't arrive into the apartment till after 11pm though we were due there from 3pm. The beds were small and very uncomfortable, the bedrooms were nicely decorated but they didn't have adequate lighting and the noise outside kept us awake every night. There was no extra bedding and it did get cold at night. There was a single bed and a double and both were extremely small. There was air con that warmed up the rooms but it was broken in the main bedroom. The washing machine door was blocked by an outside wall and there was no washing detergent. The steps are steep when you first go through the front door and a small winding stairs up to the apartment is challenging with heavy bags. The outside area was very nice and the location is good in it's proximity to the town itself, but it is on a busy road and not easy to cross or get into or out of a taxi, or for parking, There was nothing in the kitchen beyond sachets of coffee and herbal teas or the rest of the apartment for people who are on a short stay, I wouldn't recommend it,

Great Place in Lisbon
The apartment was as described - so cute and had everything needed for a fun stay in Lisbon. Just one little thing - some directions on how to open the door with the keys when moving in would be great!
