One of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room have windows overlooking the street and river visibility, are equipped with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay in the cosmopolitan city of Lisbon, such as stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV with a multitude of channels and wireless internet.
The bedroom sleeps 2 people in a double bed consisting of independent modules and has 2 bedside tables with lamps and hanger, chest of drawers and mirror.
The living room has a chaise longue and a sofa bed that can additionally accommodate 2 people.
The other bedroom that communicates with the backyard has 2 single beds accommodating 2 people, and has bedside table, mirror hanger, wardrobe and a sofa.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning equipment.
On the terrace, with an area of 15 m2, there is a table and two tables and bench that can accommodate 6 people.
The natural garden has been designed, due to its extensive area, its sun exposure and the freshness coming from the fruit trees and natural vegetation, to be a place of rest and leisure and where you can enjoy a good meal in the pleasant evenings provided by Lisbon climate.

Parking is free and easy on the street which is quiet in its frequency.
The house is set in an area of middle class people and is within walking distance 12 minutes from the neighborhood of Graça, the National Pantheon, the Monastery of St. Vincent, the flea market, the viewpoint of Monte (the most beautiful in Lisbon) , 8 minutes from the Water Museum and Santa Engrácia Church, 20 minutes from the main train station (Santa Apolónia) and the Fado Museum, where the Alfama district begins, and also 20 minutes from São Jorge Castle and 25 minutes from the Tile Museum.
In addition to tram 28 there are many other forms of public transport serving the area around the house and there is always the possibility of using the taxi service, Uber or other similar platforms.
In the neighborhood of Graça and in the immediate vicinity of the house there is a very significant amount of restaurants, not only of Portuguese cuisine, but also Italian, Indian, French, etc.
