The area is not quite quiet and the room is not soundproof either. Other than that, it's nice and the breakfast is wonderful too. All staffs are nice and excellent! So far we had a nice stay with 4 nights. Thank you.

It’s located on a busy street in a busy neighborhood but never felt unsafe. once inside it’s very clean, staff extremely corteous. The highlight was the breakfast, what a pleasant surprise!

Small 3* hotel with a nice staff. It is well maintened. It has everything you need as a hotel for a short stay. Breakfast was ok nothing crazy it has what you need to start your day. We were really surprised with how small the rooms are, the shower is so small we could barely move in it. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's central and there is a lot of things to do walking distance. If you drink a lot of water be aware that they don't refill the glass bottle, you have to do it yourself.

Great service by staff, a special commendation to Miss Beatrice, her customer service manners are outstanding and hope hotel management understand how valuable to the business she is. Hotel and staff excellent. Breakfast was great , enough of what you needed to start your day. Rooms facing road can be noisy but we slept ok. You can hear the people around you flushing toilet and having shower. This would not put me off staying again. Hotel so close to tube so very convenient. Few supermarkets near hotel. Food you would need to go into town.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff very helpful. Just wished we had the ability to have a coffee in the room especially as we arrived after midnight and nothing was available but they did give us a 2 coffee voucher but we couldnt use it

Nice hotel, shame about the noise
Hotel was nice, good value for the price paid. We had breakfast included - this was OK, fine for a quick fill up, but not amazing. The meats were of very poor quality and the orange juice was actually orange squash. The fruit and pastries were nice. The room had a balcony but no chairs so couldn’t sit out. The hotel is on a major road and we had a room that was on the roadside which meant we didn’t have very good sleep due to frequent loud sirens. The room was clean - beds were OK, not overly comfortable but not too bad. The TV had a good range of channels. It was close to the metro which meant it was easy to get into the city centre. It’s next to a supermarket which meant we could get drinks and snacks at good prices. Didn’t have too many interactions with the staff, but when we did they were polite and helpful.

Good hotel at a good price
Excellent newer hotel at a good price. Good size rooms, excellent breakfast. It’s a bit out of the way, but Bolt(their Uber) is dirt cheap, like 2 euros to get to the touristy areas. The area around the hotel is a bit rough around the edges so I wouldn’t recommend this if you are a single woman traveling. On the plus side the area isn’t as hilly as some other parts of Lisbon

Hotel and staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. Coffee making facilities in the room would be an improvement. The area outside the hotel was untidy with bins on the pavement and dead plants in their planters. Good continental breakfast.

On avait besoin d'une nuitée en prévision de notre vol le lendemain très tôt. L'hôtel est à proximité d'une station de métro. La chambre était adéquate et la douche avait un excellent jet. Le seul problème a été avec la climatisation/chauffage, ce qui nous a rendu inconfortable le temps que nous tentions d'ajuster le tout, qui a été corrigé par l'hôtel rapidement ensuite. Ils nous ont offert une boîte déjeuner puisque nous partions avant le déjeuner inclus.
