* A brewery recently opened on the ground floor, which might contribute some noise to our first-floor apartment.

* The building is currently undergoing construction from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on workdays. Please rest assured, that weekends and hours outside this window remain undisturbed by construction activities.
