All staff were wonderful! Felt safe with security always present. The hotel lobby amenities especially the coffee and snacks with calming jazz in the background was great. The hotel and room is always kept tidy and clean.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. First of all, the location is in the center of everything. Restaurants all over the place, across the road from the train to Sintra. The staff were helpful, and polite. Breakfast was very good. The only thing was, the rooms are small. None the less I highly recommend this place
