Very friendly staff. Good service, without having to pay extra for it. Good varied and tasty breakfast. The rooms are well cleaned and have nice beds. Lighting is easy to adjust and air conditioning is nice. Great hotel!

Estabelecimento a degradar-se a olhos vistos !!!
Pessoal da recepção super simpático o que é claramente uma mais valia. Porém, existem vários pontos negativos. O serviço de limpeza de quartos é péssimo !!!! A sanita estava mal limpa quando entrei no quarto e apesar de ter ido à recepção falar, nada mudou, assim ficou até ao último dia. Tal como a mosca morta que estava no chão do quarto que ficou lá do primeiro até último dia. Não a deitei fora de propósito para ver se o chão era pelo menos varrido e claro que nunca foi senão ela não teria ficado lá. Em suma o serviço de limpeza resume-se a fazerem a cama e esvaziar o balde do lixo. Outra coisa, para um B&B tão recente, o hotel está a degradar-se a olhos vistos. Lixo encrostado no cantos dos armários, a água fica estagnada no piaçaba, nunca foi esvaziada o que deita meu cheiro, péssimo, péssimo, péssimo ! Uma pena pois um estabelecimento tão recente teria tudo para ser um sucesso. Para quem não é exigente em termos de limpeza, é uma boa opção pois a estes preços não existe nada em Oeiras. A única coisa que recomendo é a simpatia de quase todos os funcionários que encontrei. De resto não recomendo nada, pois para mim a limpeza é um critério essencial.
