Property needs some care and attention- repairs need doing and it wasn’t cleaned properly, for example the showers were grubby and floors dirty. No communication with check in details until the evening before travel. It is a very nice apartment with a good view but not very well looked after.

My family and I were very disappointed with this place. We arrived after a 24 hour trip from the US to this place. The cleaning person was almost done so we went out to get some food. My daughters (16 and 13) were scared as there were people drunk (2pm in the afternoon) on the street, making rude gestures and comments, and horrible smells. We walked back to the apartment and the cleaning person was gone. We were met with many mosquitos, some bugs, dirty underwear hanging in the back of the door in the shower, dirty bra in the other bathroom and a sticky counter top in the kitchen. The place looked nothing like what we saw in the pictures. We were going to give it a shot so the girls wanted to take a shower, the shower was not clean, we only had 2 towels for the four of us and that was it. Not at all what we expected. I quickly booked another hotel and left this place. Beware of what you are getting into with this place. It's not at all what is stated or pictured. Horrible!!!!!

I barely spent time in this place; I only used it to sleep. Great views of the sea. Unfortuantely, in front of my room there was a construction, so that was an unpleasing experience. Not the owner's fault, but still a small (and temporary, I'd assume) issue.

Very good apartment
Communication was excellent. The apartment was extremely nice and in a good clean condition. Parking is very tight in the underground car park- be prepared! Location is useful for public transportation. Air conditioning did work and they couldn’t get anyone out until the following day which meant we spent a very uncomfortable first night in 30 degrees. Leaving the windows open we were subject to the crowing cockerel from 4am and the barking dogs. Once the aricon was fixed these problems went away. One or two minor things needed maintenance.

Loved the view! Great location if you want to easily access downtown Lisbon. Beautiful decor, clean and well maintained. Warning: if you have mobility issues, beware that this apartment is located in a steep hill vicinity. Walking uphill from the subway to the apartment would be a concern.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. We met our kids in Lisbon for a long weekend and this place had plenty of space for all of us. A plus for us was the elevator - as our daughter had broken her ankle prior to the trip, so it made things easier for her. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Lisbon! Only thing that could be improved would be a few more bath/hand towels, extra kitchen towels (there was one and it was dirty), and detergent for the dishwasher - we had to leave a load of dirty dishes as there wasn't any available.

We loved the location of the apartment. It is a very nice, spacious, very well decorated and furnished apartment, that is being kept in excellent condition. It was great that a few essentials (salt, coffee, tea, washing liquid, etc) were there and available for guests There could have been a few more cutlery and kitchen accessories, but in no case was it a problem.

The views were amazing. The apartment was very clean and modern. The only thing i would say is if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. Lisbon is ab amazing city.

A beautiful apartment with an amazing view. A great location for seeing Lisbon. Bus and metro are close by. Check in and out were really easy. The property has a parking space which is good as street parking in Lisbon is difficult, although the space is tricky to get in to with a big car.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is brand new, and they did an amazing job renovating! There were 3 balconies, one of which faces the water which was a breathtaking view. Each room was so cute, and the beds were really comfy! The owners put a lot of thought into the space and it was so relaxing to come home to after walking around all day. It was a safe neighborhood, and easily walkable. Parking is free but the space was a little tight to get into. You don’t really need a car in Lisbon though, so I suggest not bringing one :) all around a great stay though and I would love to come back someday!!

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Tejo-Delta und wunderbaren Sonnenaufgängen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist der Bahnhof Santa Apolonia in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen, dort gibt es auch eine U-Bahn-Linie. Es gibt auch eine Busverbindung in direkter Nähe (2-3 Minuten) und das Herz von Alfama ist etwa 15 Fußminuten entfernt.

Apartamento espacoso, proximo ao Alfama.
O bairro não é o melhor, mas é muito proximo ao Alfama, e muito seguro. Gostamos muito e voltariamos. Além de tudo, tem garagem sem adição de valor ao preço.
