A very relaxing and quiet place to unwind with spectacular views that you could sit and look at for hours! No downside to staying here and I could definitely see ourselves coming back some time. "We had never been to this part of Ireland. And Kinsale is a lovely area to stay around. Denise and Darlene - the delightful twin sister hosts could not have been more helpful. They were always attentive and informative but never intrusive. The property - restored by the sisters to its former glory is beautiful. The facilities are great and it has a beautiful vista over the Bandon. Kinsale itself is a lovely town with great pubs, restaurants (Bulmans and Man Friday were great), cafes and places...

"A wonderful place with brilliant views, surrounded by ample countryside. Gwyneth was the best host one could ask for, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay and indeed for both settling in and heading out. The place was lovely to stay in, featuring every utility you could desire, and felt very welcoming and comfortable as almost a home away from home. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! For any undecided, The Brown Hen is definitely worth a stay. "
