Lipsi Home - Blu - renovated in 2022 it is in a magnificent location overlooking the sea and private bays a few steps to the best clear waters and surroundings, Hoklakura beach and with phenomenal view on Korakia bay, The view from the master bedrooms extends across to the islands you will experience a triple exposure view watching sunrises and sunsets, facing the sea toward both the islands of Patmos and Leros.
Designed by italian architect, all the decor comes from Bali to give you an authentic remarkable and romantic atmosphere.
The total house includes 3 floors with private entrances. The house offers 4 bedrooms all with private entrances, and large stairs outside and inside that allow both privacy and connection between different areas of this cozy villa. Private kitchens for each of the 3 floors, bathrooms with showers, toilets, and large bedrooms with grand terraces. The villa can welcome 10 people +, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen at the main floor is part of a custom open-plan design, that includes the spacious living room, opening to the terrace & combining simplicity and functionality, the terrace for all the meals, with large table in solid wood welcomes up to 20 people...There are extra large couches in the living room, long chairs and comfy huge cushions to relax and enjoy, the hammock in the garden for your afternoon nap and also for midnight star gazing, plus the exterior has plenty of space for relaxation, yoga mats are available. Top View and private bays!! This villa offers three sea views you can enjoy both sunrise & sunset !

Shops are around 1km away and the organic farm is just 200 mt away at the junction with Hoklakura in the way to the village, every cafe' & restaurants in the village offer free wifi connection.

A dreamy, beautiful and unforgettable experience!
GREAT LOCATION! Being a first timer to Greece, we couldn't have asked for a better way to enjoy this gorgeous island's view from the veranda! The cozy interior is impressive and it's so lovely to lounge about, daydream and relax with my partner. We are sunset worshippers and so we love the fact that we can appreciate both sunrise and sunset from the beautiful balcony. It was even hard for us to drag ourselves out from the house, lol!! The owner was very helpful and friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. We rented a bicycle and explored the village, so perfect. Highly recommended to anyone who want a taste of heaven on earth :)

A break from it all.
We loved our stay on the island of Lipsi, the villa Blu is beautifully designed and decorated, with the most amazing view, and has everything you need. We were met by the caretaker upon arrival at the port, and she arranged for transportation to and from the villa. Great service. There is access to two beaches, one is a short walk on a gravel road, the other a bit more tricky, with some hiking involved, you cannot use the neighbors road, he gets very upset. A car or scooter is recommended for this location, but not a must, you can walk to town in 30 minutes or so. Would definitely come here again.

We spent a wonderful holiday at Casa Blu. The accommodation is lovingly and beautifully furnished, has a fantastic view. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! We will gladly spend our holidays in Lipsi again. :)

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza! La casa è bellissima e curata e le terrazze sono da togliere il fiato… una vista stupenda! La comunicazione con Ilaria è stata veloce ed efficace. E la spiaggia vicina alla casa secondo me è una delle più belle di Lipsi. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Un lieu magique
Très bel endroit, parfaitement situé sur une île très agréable. La terrasse est magique et permet de faire de longs dîners en profitant de la vue sur la baie. La maison est meublée simplement mais tout y est harmonieux. A recommander.

Un paradis
Cette Maison est un vrai paradis... Le dépaysement, Le calme absolue, La mer et son lever de soleil à droite, La mer et Le coucher De soleil à gauche!!! Un rêve , des ciels et des lumières incroyables. Des criques avec une eau transparente, des plages de sable blanc et une eau turquoise et personne autour j'ai adorée 💙💙💙 Sans oublie une décoration simple et raffinée avec tout le nécessaire à un séjour de décompression et De plaisir en famille ou entre amis Allez-y Les yeux fermés, en plus une voiture est à disposition pour rejoindre le village si vous ne souhaitez pas faire la ballade à pied où on peux déjeuner, dîner chez Nicolas sur le port... un délice.

Lipsi isola e casa magnifiche
Lipsi è un'isola fantastica, un'immersione di natura selvaggia, colori pieni e sapori forti. La casa è in una posizione strategica, si può godere del panorama su più lati dell'isola e in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le spiagge e il paese. Ciascuna stanza da letto gode della propria privacy e due anche del proprio ingresso, il letto grande e comodissimo! Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e confortevoli. Pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi cucina e lavanderia. Inoltre ci si può muovere comodamente con lo scooter o con l'auto messi a disposizione dalla proprietà. La mia spiaggia preferita Platis Gialos e il suo ristorante, perfetto per il pranzo. La sera pesce fantastico da Nicola in paese. Un posto dove sicuramente ritornerò.

stunning house and view
The house is in the perfect location! It has a unique view! You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the main terrace as well as sunrises from the top terrace. It is furnished with style and it is super practical and comfortable, a cosy place to relax and enjoy the silence! One of the most beautiful beaches of the island 'Koklakura' is at 5 minutes walk! We loved our stay and all was very well organized. We had an amazing time, we loved Lipsi and this beautiful home!

Amazing house in enchanted island
This house is absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking view, comfortable beds and living room, a well equipped kitchen, and phenomenal attention from Yannis (AKA Karess), the thoughtful caretaker. We particularly appreciated the availability of a car (not necessary, but very helpful for exploring the beautiful island) and the heart-warming music selection available on the home iPod. Real peace and serenity with privacy and beauty galore - and Ilaria, the friendly and easy going owner, is a pleasure to work with. Can't be beat!

Amazing!!!
Lipsi is the most beautiful Island I visited in Greek. The turquoise water on the beach close to the house is amazing and clear as in paradise. The house is tastefully decorated and has all you need including 2 bikes which we loved to get around. And the most breathtaking views from the various terraces where we enjoyed amazing sunsets. It was an incredible holiday and we want to come back.

Amazing property, amazing views of the ocean!
The most stunning house situated on the top of a hill overlooking the best views of Lipsi!! Dining on the main terrace as the sun sets is magical. Everyone on Lipsi is so friendly and welcoming. The island is the perfect place the relax and explore, and you are never more than a few minutes away from a beach with clear water. Truly lucky to have experienced the island. The house has been decorated lovingly with lots of special furniture. I loved the walk into town- past local houses and organic farms. Untouched beaches are great for snorkelling. Love Lipsi!!

Dream Home
What I would do right now for the opportunity to jump on a plane and spend time at Ilaria’s beautiful home again! I met Ilaria while I was volunteering on the Dimitris Farm this past summer; I sold her figs and some herbs. After getting to know Ilaria and her family/friends she kindly invited me for dinner! Ilaria described how she’s been working on her home so I knew it would be a wonderful experience. I had the joy of staying at Ilaria’s beautiful home for dinner during sunset. What a heavenly view she has!! Ilaria hosted a great dinner for about 12 of us, who were from all around the world. We drank, told stories and even made jewelry! I plan on returning to Lipsi someday, and when I do, I’d be overjoyed to stay at Ilaria’s home. I highly recommend you to stay at Ilaria’s home, you will be living in a dream.

The most breathtaking littlw Island I have seen and visited so far!! Love the colors of the sky, the see and its suroundings. Its almost magical. The stay at this stylish and comfortable house was just a pleasure and to wake up each morning with the views through the open windows another of many magical moments!! Its my absolute favourite :)

Amazing property, amazing views of the ocean!
The perfect relaxation retreat on the most beautiful Island of Lipsi. We dined in the house overlooking the hills and the ocean- truly magical. You are never more than a few minutes walk to a beach with clear water. The Island of Lipsi is calming and untouched, but there are still plenty of activities like snorkelling, hiking and dining in the local restaurants. Everyone on the Island is so friendly. The house has been lovingly styled, with beautiful furniture and large open rooms and the main terrace overlooks some of the best views on the Island!!
