"The house has a lovely large garden (shared with another property) for the kids to run around, play, outdoor shower etc. It is located in a green area rigth next to some woods and the access road to the lake (boat/canoeing/SUP etc, but no swimming allowed - i still went out on some great morning swims). "We loved the property - located in a very quiet private street in the woods but walking distance from the lake. The property had a great communal living area which was very well equipped, three good sized bedrooms and a fabulous balcony for eating and relaxing outside looking out over the forest. Really appreciated the air conditioning. Loved the area in general and being able to choose between the lake or the ocean was great."

"Très jolie maison, confortable, proche du lac ! Les extérieurs sont très agréables, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrais plus. Mais le voisinage est beaucoup trop exigeant sur le bruit... Plus aucun bruit souhaité après 22h et nous avons même eu une plainte pour du bruit dans la piscine à 17h. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances calme et reposante, cette maison est parfaite et je vous la recommande vivement, par contre si vous partez entre amis, n'espérez pas pouvoir faire la fête le soir...

"Nous avons trouvé un chalet très propre et bien équipé. L'accueil a été des plus sympathique. Le village avec ses animations est très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de la mer à proximité le soleil étant au rendez-vous. Nous avons eu un petit désagrément de toilettes que la propriété a géré avec efficacité à distance ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous l'en remercions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"We chose low season for quietness & relaxation.....it was perfect for us. We were able to take our dog too! Managed to catch a beautiful sunset! 🌇 Lots of great forest walks to choose from, lakes to visit etc We really enjoyed the spa facilities every day. Not far from fabulous sandy beaches, Mimizan-Plages has a lot of restaurants to choose from! Massages by Chloé were wonderful."
