"Exceptional service from this super friendly and helpful staff from every department. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable, as expected from this 4 star hotel. It’s the service and hospitality that made our stay 10 stars! 尹改利 who works in the restaurant is super friendly. I have never experienced this level of detail and helpfulness at any hotel. The afternoon tea included with our room was a cheery addition with fruit, nuts and dessert selection varying over our weekend stay in Xi’an. The staff is so attentive to our needs and have a pleasant attitude. They watch out for you when you leave areas in case you leave any belongs behind they will bring them to you right away. I highly recommend you book your entire stay here. The location is great near to the attractions. Our trip here was made more memorable because of the excellent hospitality and service from the staff, from front reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff, truly exceptional."

"The staff at this hotel is truly friendly and helpful. I ordered a sandwich at the hotel lounge and told them to hold the fries. They substituted a beautiful salad and told me if I didn’t like the salad, the chef will stir fry a plate of vegetables for me. The housekeeping staff left us sweet messages and gave us extra bottles of water, warning us about the dry climate in Xi’an."

"The building and the room has the old english theme which is very unique. i totally understand if the hotel management want to keep to the theme but some refurbishments are needed as the room look worn out i.e bathroom tiles, the cabinets, carpets. Overall, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. "

"The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter and the drum tower. We booked the luxury room and were upgraded to a suite, thank you! Bed was amazing and bathroom had luxurious Lanvin amenities. Staff were very friendly and professional specially the concierge who went above and beyond helping us retrieve something we left behind in the train from Beijing. Exceptional service. "
