"Only fault we had during our stay was the heating on all the time. It was 2° outside but had trouble sleeping as was so warm. Apart from that the service & room was perfect for our stay. Will definitely stay again."

"Great area for shopping in Harrogate yet very quiet. We stayed in a suite and it was marvellous. Breakfast could have been better, a couple of us felt the need of an extra toasting machine."

"Second time staying at this hotel for the city’s annual art and comic festival. The Hotel is across the road from the event, making it ideal for the weekends happenings. Rooms are clean and well kept. We found it had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of hot water and amenities. Breakfast was excellent, well stocked and well organised. The staff were always polite and helpful. We will be returning for sure. Only issues are that a bar/club venue next door can play music into the late hours. Making early nights difficult. Not sure what can be done about that. If you’re on the other side of the building it doesn’t seem to be an issue. Also the reception is actually one side of the main bar, this can be difficult on busy Saturday nights when it’s busy."

"A really comfortable overnight. The night reception offered us a lovely room and was very friendly. Reception staff the following morning were also friendly. Breakfast was excellent and a nice view of the gardens with a background of relaxing music. Well definitely come again"

"Hotel was ideal for a one night stay has will was going to a birthday party, The rooms was comfortable and clean, probably in need of some TLC . I bit weary in places, but again it was not expensive. Breakfast was ok, not much choice but again, breakfast was in with the price and we wasn’t expecting to get breakfast. So can not complain Car parking was excellent. It was a dog friendly hotel, which is great for dog lovers, "
