"The reception staff were extremely helpful after we were late due to holdups with a major traffic incident. They prepared and left the property open for us, providing instructions on how to locate it. The resort itself is well run by very friendly staff who are always helpful on a day to day basis. The restaurant is particularly good providing superb meals if you wish to use it. Nice hotel. Accessible to city center

"They didnt have an overnight concierge which was inconvenient when we arrived late at night so we ended up staying at anothre hotel next to them. The following day, the front desk was accomodating. They refunded us for the first night, and was able to check in smoothly."
