Hotel despreparado para alta temporada!
Estivemos no hotel em dezembro de 2022 e a estadia foi bem decepcionante apesar das avaliações aqui estarem boas. Fora a parte de piscinas que é muito boa o serviço estava péssimo. Faltavam toalhas na piscina e nos quartos, restaurantes lotados e sem reposição de comida, garçons nada atenciosos, brinquedoteca bagunçada e sem manutenção. Não sei se foi só pelo período ou se é sempre assim, mas a experiência não foi boa. Não pretendemos voltar.
