"A great hotel very close to the train station and central to the town. Very helpful staff. I needed a prescription filled and the lady at reception was able to assist me with making a doctors appointment for the same day which I’m told can be difficult for new patients. I know she had to ring around. "

"Great location. Excellent breakfast included in the rate. Quiet. Comfortable. But be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, there is no lift and the rooms are on the third and fourth floors. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Leuven."

"As soon as we booked the room, the hotel staff reached out to us. We appreciated how responsive they were. We stayed for two nights - August 9th and 10th. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station but it wasn’t noisy. We got connecting rooms as requested. We noticed that one room didn’t have hand soap and it was promptly fixed. We enjoyed our stay. If you travel to the hotel by car like we did, there isn’t a way to drive up to the front door and unload your luggage. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot. It is a very minor inconvenience but we thought we would mention it to raise awareness for others. "
