Price reflects the facilities - which are clean but a little basic - rooms very charming though and the terraces are stunning. Breakfast in the beautiful dining room is wonderful and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Location is good - as long as happy to go up a set of steps - you then have a beautiful walk through the gardens to get into town. "
