"We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. "It's converted from a mansion, but the property still in excellent condition, heating system is good, water pressure for shower is perfect. Friendly and hospitable staffs. "The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. "Seemed quite a few units to stay in on the site. We were in (we think) the main garden unit. Condition was ok, looked like they were renovating the unit up. Not many lights working in the kitchen living area so was a little dark You can't really self cater as there is no crockery or pots pans cutlery etc. everything is provided by the host - unless they are slowly getting round to sorting this out. In the middle of nowhere so nice and quiet The outside space is lovely Quite a big area to chill out in Host was really helpful and friendly "

Great hotel in historic town

"This is a fantastic old building with so much character. It's unlike anywhere we've stayed before, in an historic old town. Very clean, a huge comfy bed and a massive shower area. Powerful, hot water and all toiletries supplied. The staff are lovely. We had two small dogs and we were allowed to take them into the breakfast room where there was a great selection of fresh foods."
