The property was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom has essentials (liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner from a bottle. The breakfast was really good from 6am-10pm. It had a variety of items to choose from (buffet style). The check in and out was smooth and fast. We will definitely come back. Te area was quiet and safe and multiple stores and restaurants are around the property.

Friendly front desk staff, room was clean with the exception of a hair in the tub. The bed was not comfortable, overly springy like it was wearing out. Breakfast was not attended by anyone so the food ran out and the juice dispenser did not work.

Considering how full the hotel was because of recent severe weather and all the Linemen staying it was good. Joe and his wife were WONDERFUL at this Hampton Inn! Only complaint was lack of luggage carts and drinks (water) in vending machine. That was more of because of aforementioned Linemen

surprise damage deposit required
I was surprised to be told I had to pay a $50 damage deposit in addition to the payment for the room (which I already thought was high for a plain room). They say I weill get the damage deposit back in 1-5 days. That does not seem right. Also the bath towels feel like sand paper. But the beds and pillows are very fluffy and comfy
