Water Views - Beach Vacation - Private Balcony

Couples get away or cozy spot for small family!

This beachfront studio at Suites by the Sea, is a comfortable place to come and relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping, hiking.... Early risers can catch a stunning sunrise while you enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony.

Our cozy studio is located directly across the street from Lincolnville Beach and above the Maine Artisans store. The studio is perfect for 2 people, but it will hold 4. There is a queen size bed and the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Smart TV and Roku allows you to enjoy a movie on the provided Hulu, Disney+ or sports on ESPN, or sign into your own accounts for other streaming services.

For preparing meals, there is a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker.

After your day of exploring the area, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub.

Notes:
-Suite is located on the second floor. Staircase is located on outside of building. There is no elevator.
- To light sleepers, we are located on route 1, you will get traffic noise. Watching TV, running the AC or using the sound machine helps to lessen the noise.
- Security camera is on and recording 24/7. It is located in the entrance hallway serving the 4 apartments. Other cameras on the property overlook the back parking lot, the saltwater marsh and the beach. The Maine Artisans shop also has their own cameras.
- -Guest must sign a Renter's Agreement - which will be emailed to you once you place a reservation. Your reservation is not complete until a signed agreement is on file, and door codes will not be released.

Perfect for us. The place was so amazingly stocked. I really appreciated that because I forgot quite a few things. The location was great. I could watch my daughter from the balcony while she went to the beach. Store close by. Also a great central location to Belfast and Camden. We will stay again!

It was great! Clean and very welcoming. View was beautiful. This trip was a difficult trip for us due to seeing a sick family member but the stay here helped us so much! It made a hard time much easier to handle. We would come back to stay for sure! Loved it

My stay here was perfection. The suite is comfy, cozy and cute, equipped with everything I needed and was very spacious for one. Loved the water view 24/7 - morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony watching the sunrises and sunsets. Balcony is very user friendly with privacy, cute porthole windows and an overhead light. Jet tub and electric fireplace were very special extras that really made me feel like I was on a luxurious getaway. Washer/dryer were handy. Lincolnville Beach felt like a hidden gem - just a one block little area. I was happy to find the beach is closer than appears in the photos. The traffic didn't bother me and the people coming to and from the beach and the pizza shop next door made me feel connected with the neighborhood. The block has a pizza shop/store, antique shop, artist's co-op and two sit down restaurants. I didn't go to Isleboro, but the ferry is just across the street if you want it. The suites are an easy drive to Camden, Rockland and beyond. The beach is small but fun to stroll before or after my day's adventures with benches and bathrooms and I enjoyed hearing and seeing the large amount of ducks that live in the brook. Hope to return!

The good: clean, beautiful space with lots of amenities! Don't worry about forgetting deodorant or toothpaste etc because they've got you covered. Also, beautiful views of the ocean, lots of TV options, and helpful guides/brochures make our stay easier. OH! And the pizza place next store makes the BEST breakfast sandwiches on house-made English muffins! The not-so-good: when we arrived, our parking spot was taken by someone else (management did help resolve this quickly though). We found the memory foam bed to uncomfortable (and the frame creaky). And Lincolnville itself had little to offer. We probably should have stayed a little closer to Bar Harbor.

Great location for weekend visit with friends in Northport.
Easy access; keyless entry. Sliding door to balcony overlooking Rt 1 and Lincolnville Beach. For me, traffic noise was not an issue. Up the road is Dot's which I really like for their baked goods, and items tasty and attractive to bring for pot luck with my Maine friends. Weather was rainy and overcast all day Saturday, so I spent couple hours in Rockland at Farnsworth Museum, a favorite of mine. Added fun with Street festival for the Solstice that closed main street with pedestrian only traffic, craft vendors, street performers, and general good will of old and young enjoying the day, despite the weather. The studio was just right for me, I know next time my wife would also appreciate the location and comfort of a unit at the Suites. Next time!

Perfect Getaway for Two
Great location! Waking up to a beautul sunrise everyday. Walk to the beach is a few steps away. Great place for pizza an subs right next door. Suite has all the comforts of home. They have thought of everything. We really did not find the traffic on Route 1 to be a problem. Definitely recommend.
