LA203 By Loon Res/Kitchen, AC, deck, mountain view, pool, ski shuttle.

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo at the Lodge at Lincoln Station is waiting for you to enjoy. Take the stairs or elevator to this 2nd-floor unit in the east wing of the building. On entering, find the full bath to your right and the bright and spacious living area straight ahead. A few steps in will bring you to the kitchen against the right wall and a comfortably-sized table where four can eat or play. Beyond are the TV and cabinet, and across from them is the sleep sofa. Between is the new slider leading to the deck with nice mountain views all year and filtered pool views in summer. A built-in air conditioner keeps the condo nice and cool. Looking back, find the bedroom with a queen bed off the living area, another TV, and a spacious closet. The bedroom does NOT have a door, only a curtain.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds and stairs leading down to the river. The outdoor pool, grilling area, and picnic tables are on the other side.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is old and does not have any overhead lighting so it is dark. Plus one of the living room lamps was broken so it made it worse. . Tvs didn’t work but the maintenance man,, who was very nice, showed up within a couple of hours. He couldn’t fix the lamp because the outlet was bad. Location is good-right next to Loon.

Description Misleading
The listing should say that the bed is only a full size as is the pullout. Additionally it should probably not be listed as a one bedroom as there is no door to the bedroom only a curtain. The bathroom sink leaks profusely.and there is no shampoo/conditioner which I have no had happen. Coffee is left in the room but there is no coffee maker. There is only a keurig and no K cups. It’s fine for a night or 2 but should not be advertised for 4 people.

We stayed in this unit in October 2024. The unit is up to date and very clean. A plus is the option of 2 coffee makers, one being a k cup machine. A minus is the size of the bed, it seems smaller than the queen size which I believe may have been listed. I also did not notice any AC in the bedroom, which may be a problem in hot weather. The unit was quiet and had a nice selection of kitchen amenities. Bring your own shampoo as none was supplied. Soap and dish detergent was supplied.

Great Summer Get Away Spot

Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the property was very quiet, however the dishes were put away dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The bedroom was hot and there was a fan with broken feet that had to be propped on a chair to get it to stand up. There was a problem with the electric. When plugging/unplugging things at one outlet, the lamps at other outlets would turn off. The last night of our stay the living room lamp began flashing on and off like a strobe light and had to be turned off.

There is a very large tree blocking any sunlight on the porch in the summer.
