Located on the third floor at Rivergreen, near South Mountain's bridge to Loon, this condo provides a place to relax when restaurants and snacks are your main meal plans. This studio has a full kitchen and spacious living area, with a small fold-away dining table. There are two comfortable stools at the kitchen counter, a bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony facing the mountains. The living room has a queen Murphy bed, a sleep sofa, and AC.

Enjoy the Rivergreen indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful great room with views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, and the small exercise room in that area. Down the elevator is access to a coin-operated laundry, and, in summer, a barbecue area with a screened-in gazebo is also available.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.
