This place was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I will definitely stay again. The property owner was quick to respond, but I did not have very many questions as it was in great shape."

Super clean, extra amenities, comfortable beds, very nice showers, and up-to-date everything inside. Also a super quiet neighborhood which helped us sleep soundly. Very convenient if you need access to anything in Fayetteville, especially the University itself as it just minutes away. Highly recommend!!! "

"What a perfect place to spend the weekend! It’s just what we needed! Close to the square and Dixon street but not loud. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the place was clean, well stocked and cozy. Tips: If you carry heavy luggage or struggle with stairs, you should know this property requires you to climb a flight of stairs with no elevator. There are several amazing restaurants within walking distance but I’d strongly suggest making a reservation as they fill up fast and...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an adorable, very well decorated, clean and functional space. We came to spend time with our U of A daughter and we were pleased with the accommodations and the overall location of the property. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable (very important to us). Great place to stay and would definitely recommend."

"Property was perfect for two. Hosts were immediately responsive. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. We were instructed to bring our own but we forgot! The bed was very comfortable! All in all, definitely 4 stars, but not quite 5."

"Top notch condo and location. Came to visit my son for the weekend and couldn't have asked for a better fit. Great location, easy parking, very clean and well stocked. Didn't have to get out of my pajamas for coffee in the morning, as coffee and creamer provided for the stay. Will def stay here again."
