Close to the beach, this cozy, dog-friendly studio has a fantastic ocean view and is a great option for a budget-friendly getaway to Lincoln City.

Head about two blocks away down to the sand and the gravel beds for beachcombing and kite flying, and if your stay falls between mid-October through Memorial Day, keep your eyes peeled for a number of handmade glass floats dropped on the beach as part of the Finders Keepers event. Lincoln City is also home to a number of antique shops, book shops, and terrific restaurants up and down the Oregon Coast Highway.

Relax in this intimate, hotel-style rental with side-by-side queen beds, two comfortable armchairs, and a warming gas fireplace. A sliding glass door leads out to the private balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. With two beds and a full bathroom with shower tub, this rental is ideal for up to four guests along with the family dogs (with an additional nightly pet fee). And since this home is on the main floor and close to the parking lot, it is suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Fill up the mini-fridge with a few refreshing beverages, pop up some popcorn in the microwave oven, and start your mornings with fresh brewed coffee in the coffee maker. This rental also offers WiFi and features a flatscreen cable TV.

Just two-and-a-half miles north, check out the Devils Lake State Recreation Area for canoeing, fishing, and birdwatching. Shop at the many stores of the Tanger Outlet Center, just a mile-and-a-half away. And be sure to take a careful walk or quick drive over to Robert's Books with its impressive stock of over 150,000 volumes!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

I loved the fact that you could sleep with your sliding glass door open and listen to the waves crushing against the beach all night only down fall was our beach access was shut down for repairs sooo we had to walk a pretty good ways away from our resort beach area

The floors hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. I swept up a pile of sand about the width of my hand from the floors. Also the bathroom smelled like an infection. Otherwise it was just fine. Convenient location and views.

It is a nice place the only issue we had was the furnishings were not as pictured had a table and two hard benches were cheaply made the picture show two barrel chairs and a table and that is why we got this room they need to update the pictures to match the rooms

Lots of stairs and was super hot in the upstairs apartment. Three fans were provided which was adequate after sunset. The accomodations did not reflect the high end price point. The place was very clean and had a good view.

This was a deceitful listing, everything was terrible…furnishings, bedding, stay at motel 6 you’d be better off than this horrible property only thing good to say was the view was awesome but this property was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced

I loved having a dramatic view of the ocean from our window. The room felt spacious and open and the bed was comfortable. I was excited to have a gas fireplace, but unfortunately it only gives out a tiny (2 inch) flame, probably for safety reasons but I was able to call Vacasa and discuss this with the staff and they were very kind. The arrangement of the bathroom and kitchen was open and well-lighted. The price was very reasonable.

The location smelled like feet and the property manager said “did you try opening the window”. The outside hallways to the location were deteriorating. I tried to smother the smell by using febreze to no avail. The property manager asked if it was okay for someone to enter the room the next day and i said yes, as long as we were made aware and got a phone call in advance, prior to them coming or even entering the property. They then admitted that the property did have an odor, but nothing that smelled like feet. Not only are they not helpful, the property doesn’t look like what’s advertised, but the property stinks. I asked a neighboring renter, and they advised me that their unit smelled like urine. Moral of the story, it was not my unit that had a fowl odor, it’s likely to be every unit. Stay at Siletz Bay by OYÓ instead. Extremely helpful General Manager, extremely kind staff.

Beautiful view, terrible beds and customer service.
My daughter had stayed at this property many times (in a different unit), and gave it high praise for the beautiful view. Unfortunately, that was one of the only good things about this stay. - Arrived to the floor entirely covered in sand and the sliding door unlocked. - Beds are absolutely hard as stone. All three of us barely slept and woke up incredibly sore. - Bathroom was dirty, with hair still on the shower wall from previous visitors. The shower head was also loose from the wall. - Very concerned with the lack of lock on the sliding door, and only provided a thin wooden stick to keep it in place. We contacted the manager’s number via Vacasa to find out about leaving after the first night, due to the beds being so bad, and were hung up on the first time. The second time, we were asked if we had travel insurance and then completely ignored when asking questions. We ended up not staying the second night due to the beds and this response. Very disappointed, because the view and getting to hear the waves was lovely, but couldn’t make up for the awful beds.

1. Security needs improvement: Upon entry, the sliding glass door was not locked (it had no lock) and a 3/4 wooden dowel is used to secure it. The wooden dowel was not in the correct place so anyone could have entered before I arrived. 2. Listing does not state that kitchen equipment but no drinking vessels are available. Good thing I had a travel mug. 3. With fees, this space is very overpriced and I would like a partial refund/credit 4. The bed was bare minimum. Too firm. 5. The customer service offered was responsive, but did not follow through. Therefore, as a first complaint, I do not recommend this listing.

Easy to find, attractive buildings within walking distance to the beach.
My daughter and I came for a girls' weekend getaway. The studio is priced affordable and the location is great. We took a day trip to Newport and also spent a day in Lincoln City. We loved the gas fireplace! The only downers were that our bedding and sheets appeared dirty. The sheets on one bed had what looked like blood (or hopefully some kind of sauce) smeared and crusted to the fitted and top sheets. Ew. The other bed's sheets were cleaner, but both beds' comforters had food stains that were crusty. Also, some instructions for the shower would have been greatly appreciated. I know it sounds silly, but it took two educated, adult women almost 5 minutes to figure it out. Overall it is a great place to stay and has affordable rates. We would stay here again.

Pros: Nice Ocean view. Soft towels.. Cons: Room advertised as $60 but paid over $200 which should be ok for an ocean view BUT the fireplace didn't work which was big on our list and the TV was stuck on demo mode. Called and after finally getting someone to come fix the situation, they couldn't fix anything. No dresser or night stands or anywhere w drawers to store our clothes except 4 hangers on a pole by the front door. No DVD player or anyway to watch a movie to avoid watching the TV in demo mode. No fan including in the bathroom, no phone or alarm clock. No chairs to sit but a picnic style table with two bench seats but you could only use one. No floor mats including the bathroom or in the bathtub/shower. Refrigerator had to be unplugged it buzzed soo loud and the beds are from the 80s. Paid for a late checkout but between the non stop barking dogs and cleaning crews we barely slept at all. And to to it all off I had to park my sports car down the street because there was no parking when we returned to our room. I would rather pay for parking knowing it was close and that we didn't have to walk with our stuff a football field away. Ownership did contact us quickly but couldn't do anything to remedy the situation and/or do anything to compensate us after the fact. Had they been more empathetic or even slightly sympathetic and done SOMETHING to ease the uncomfort this feedback would have been different. But instead they blaimed and ignored us.. All in all I would never recommend this place!
