What’s nearby
Located just down 101 from Lincoln City proper, it’s a short walk (or very quick drive) north to the main strip, with tons of dining and shopping options. Or, if you’d prefer to stick around your home-away-from-home, there’s a movie theater just across the road. As for the main attraction, take the path heading south for about a block and then go down the stairs to get to the sand.

The place was very close to its description. Beach access wasn't as easy as expected to find BUT there are plenty of other places to hit the beach. Great view of the ocean and great location. Perfect little place for a long weekend away on the coast.

You get what you pay for.
Place was pretty nice for the size. Looks bigger in the pictures. It was clean, and had the basics we needed. Dishes and cookware were a plus, but weren't on the listing. Definitely a lot of noticeable wear and tear. Tvs need an upgrade, but we made due. The kids got a taste of how we watched TV growing up. Would rent again.

No bad day at the beach!
We had a nice time. Lincoln City is close to the property. We brought our own food and prepared it. I did bring a few of my own things to use in the kitchen. The rooms were quiet very clean and ready for us when we arrived.

Will stay again but...
There were a couple of issues we wished had been different. The first thing we noted was there was no place to hang clothes except on shower rod less than ideal for a 5'1" woman the 6'+ gentlemen had no problem. The other issue was the tv. Wetio were there for 4 nights. No tv first night. After a bunch of problem solving no TV second night. The instruction on TV was incorrect.

Dog friendly!
We didn't have any complaints other than the one room that has the bunk beds is so small that when we got there the door wouldn't shut. It looked like the bunk beds had been moved a tiny bit, so I pushed them back against the wall and the door shut then. However, I did see another review saying the door sticks badly, and it still does. It's incredibly hard to shut, let alone shut quietly. Overall the place was good for a quick stay with our 3 year old and dog!

You get what you pay for. Everything smells like dogs, there's some mold damage in the ceiling of the bathroom, the rooms are tiny, you can't close the door to one because the bunk bed is too big. No closets, space heaters. On the other hand, you can see the ocean, and it's a 5 min walk down to the beach

Great location, easy check in, private and secure
Everything was terrific, especially the cleaning staff who works here. My only issue was the internet went out and the tv also. I didn't contact guest services to fix these problems so that's on me (my stay was so short) and the weather was exceptionally stormy. But it did seem like the router is a distance from the property, so when it was working it was weak. Again, I didn't troubleshoot this so that's on me. The staff is excellent from what I observed and probably deserve 401K's and health benefits. Would stay again, but would probably work out the wifi issue beforehand. Again, mia culpa.

The toilet wouldn’t flush. We sent in a request to get it fixed but no one ever responded. To make it worse the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the shower drain would back up terribly. It was gross!

Pics are deceiving
We arrived with hopes of a relaxing environment. However, the pics online do not show the reality. The rooms were soooo tiny. The main bedroom had dirty pillows and the entire room smelled like someone’s dirty hair. The bathroom had long black hairs all over the floor and long blonde hairs wrapped around the cabinet handle. The beds were very uncomfortable. I am normally not one to complain, but for paying what we did and seeing what we saw, I would not recommend staying here unless you aren’t looking for a comfortable, relaxing location.

I was disappointed that only one bed was made up when two guests were arriving. The bunk bed mattresses are thin and I could feel the metal slats so we stacked both mattresses on the bottom bunk. We call and requested help with the TV but, no one came to help us. We were told that cable wasn't an eminitity yet we were able to watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on 10/11. The only outlet in the bunk bed room was up high on the wall opposite the wall. The head of the bed was not close to the outlet - I have a CPAP machine and was unable to use it. The property was clean and we did enjoy our stay

Just Okay
Check in was easy, location is great & area was quiet. We arrived expecting twin beds in one TINY, TIINNYY!!! room, it was bunk beds. The full bed in the other small room was NOT comfortable. There used to be a fireplace in the living room but it has been covered with sheetrock & there isn't a heater in the living room, there also were no extra blankets for the person who slept on the futon, It was COLD. The place was clean & kitchen had all the basics but there were no homey touches that we love about VRBO. By the time all the fees were totaled I feel like it was more than this place was worth. It worked for the weekend but I wouldn't stay again.
