BOOK YOUR STAY NOW FOR THE SUMMER AND BEYOND. THIS CONDO IS GOING TO BE FULLY REMOLDED AND UPDATED RIGHT NOW, APRIL . THE FLOORS ARE FINISHED TAKE A LOOK!!!! Update..... Last of the update is being done the first of May. This oceanfront condo is ground floor at the Sea Gypsy in Lincoln City. Vacation, or just get away to this cozy open floor concept condo. You will have a front row seat for each unique sunset!!! After a long day on the beach you can make meals in this fully stocked kitchen, where you still have a clear view of the beach and ocean so you don't miss a thing. As evening comes have a bonfire on the beach, then end the day watching a movie or show, reading a book and falling into this comfortable queen bed in the front suite , while listening to the sounds of the ocean crashing to the sand. There is also the second queen bed in the private bedroom with it own private ensuite.
Wake in the morning to the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, and get ready for another great day!!! The 7 mile flat sandy beach right out front is the location where the finder keeper glass balls are hidden, always a fun time to try to find one. Perhaps today you swim in the indoor heated salt water pool, go on hikes or maybe kayak in the D lake across the street. There are many beach stores within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive to the shopping mall. Your stay will go fast and you will look forward to your next stay before you even head home. This condo sleeps four.

Great location

Loved the views of the beach and the sound of the waves at night. Great central location for day trips both north and south. The property manager is super responsive and check in/out was simple.

Sea Gypsy stay

The property was cute and convenient with beautiful views of the waves. Great access to the beach. Pool area was nice but could use some updates and would be better with a hottub also. Overall was a great stay.

Family getaway

Great location can wake up in the bed to look out to the beautiful ocean view with a sunrise. Just as beautiful at sun set. Easy Beach access. Just a wonderful stay, will be staying again!!!

Location was everything for this condo, but that was all it had going for it. The smell at first entering was sour, the carpets were stained, paint and plaster peeling in the bathroom, and stuff stuck to the ceiling. The walls are paper thin, we listened to our neighbor snore the first night. Booking was easy, directions were great, and check in a breeze.

Great beach access

Couldn’t have asked for better beach access!! Space was adequate for 2 adults and 2 children. Owner was quick to answer when I contacted her regarding dirty floors upon arrival. Unfortunately cleaning service was unavailable so we did the cleaning ourselves, as best we could. Loved the ocean and sunset views out the sliding doors.

Comfortable beach apartment

This place was a comfortable stay for a family with proximity to the beach and indoor pool. If we had body soap, shampoo, conditioner provided, this would have been even better. Patty had extremely good and kind communication.

Great little room

We had a great weekend in this condo. Patty was fantastic to work with. The room is steps from the ocean. Room had puzzles, games, beach toys. Will definitely be going back.

Best location, solid stay

This condo offered a fantastic location, putting us right in the heart of the city's best spots. The unit was clean and comfortable, though the kitchen could benefit from an update. While all basics were covered, we found the sliding glass door a bit challenging and the sofa bed less than ideal for the 5th guest. The real star of the show was the ocean view. We loved spending our mornings and evenings strolling along the beach and catching the waves. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the property manager was efficient. Overall, we had a great time and would happily recommend this place to others. A few minor tweaks could elevate it to perfection, but it still deserves a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.

One night stay

This was a very nice room, with clean, comfortable beds and a full kitchen. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, but it is right next to the stairs, so there was a lot of foot traffic walking past. The walls and ceiling are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors very well, but it quiets down at night. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this room to others!

Beach View

Our Vrbo condo was a room at an older converted hotel that needed a good coat of paint. Our rental was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that had an amazing view. Overall the beds were comfortable. Our refrigerator didn't work. The property manager had maintenance came to look at it and he said he would come back to see if it was fixed. Never saw him after that. Good thing we had our cooler. Also, the carpet and the fan lamps need a really good cleaning.

The view was perfect and the condo is near the stairs that go down to the beach. This can be a bonus or deterrent depending on your liking. We didnt get to check in until after 4:30 due to the key being locked in the room instead of being put back into the lock box. The sunset was great although there are residents that sit right out in front of this condo smoking cigarettes which was not very pleasant to look at or smell while relaxing. The condo was clean but the carpet really needs to be replaced. I'm glad I brought indoor slippers.

Kite Festival

I want to start with all the wonderful and work my way down. Our condominium was exactly as described. Nice to have a private bedroom in the back with private bathroom. The kitchen was small but very functional and had lots of things to cook with. There was plenty of seating and nice to be able to have a fire on the beach. The condo had a view of the Kite Festival which was amazing and the Ocean was right below us. Cant ask for more there. We were able to make a bon fire on the beach and cooked some food for lunch down there. The down side was that we were right by the stairs that had a water spicket there that you could hear loudly inside the condo whenever anyone used it which was very often as it open for all people staying at The Sea Gypsy Condos. Also your unable to turn off the very bright lights on both the front and back of condo. Minor inconvenience for me as I'm a good sleeper but others in my party were disturbed by the lights. The other down side which has absolutely nothing to do with condo or owners, but as people walked by they would stare into our condo which was rather disturbing. The pool was kind of rundown and wasnt very warm. The hot tub and pool were same temperature. The condos are older. Id say 70s or 80s it suit our needs tho. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions prior to druing and after check checkout. Patty was great to work with. Thank you for our stay. Id overall give it a 4 stars. bathrrombsthroom
