"We really like this place. It’s very close to the beach. You just have to go around the building and down about 10 steps or so. The view is still good even from the first floor. This room is right across from the exit of the pool. The only issue is that the floor has some unevenness especially in the bedroom. "

"We loved our stay here! My daughter and I stayed at this property and although we did not use the hot tub (we had intended to!), it was ready to go if we wanted to go in. The condo had plenty of room, 2 baths and 2 bedrooms and watching the waves from the living room was a treat. It was very close to everything in Lincoln City and easy to find and get to. We would definitely stay again."

"This condo is in a great location just a short walk to a very accessible beach and restaurants. It is a little noisy because of the location but that was a small trade off. There is a nice ocean view from the living room and balcony.The condo is modern and well equipped. The furniture and beds are quite comfortable.The unit was very clean with the exception of the first floor and stair carpet which is due for a freshening."
