"Dave and Sheila have created a peaceful oasis surrounded by the cutest alpacas ever! We loved staying here and never wanted to leave! As hosts they were very kind and attentive to our needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. We loved being able to interact with the alpacas, especially Grace- the sweetie! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape their busy life for a very peaceful and relaxing retreat."

"The property was beautiful and clean. Communication with management was clear and I appreciated the quick responses. Lots of room for plenty of people. I booked for an overnight stay for my 14 year old daughter's birthday with her 6 friends. They enjoyed the spacious property and hot tub (weather was too cold to enjoy pool). "The property and has was even more amazing in person! Large fully fenced yard, lawn area, pool, and hot tub. On the same property as the owners but still secluded enough that you don’t feel like you’re a bother to anyone. Easy parking, full amenities throughout the house, cannot wait to stay again! "

"Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!"

The solo trip I needed

"I booked my stay for two days. Everything was great. When I arrived at the property a nice lady named Monica helped me check-in. The room was just what I needed. The king-size bed was so soft and comfortable. They gave me an extra two pillows and I thought that was so kind. The heating & the AC worked perfectly. It was a little nosey but not to the point where I couldn't sleep. 10/10. I will be back soon. "
