7 km from the tunnel and Col de Tende, 1 h 15 from Ventimiglia, 1 h 30 from Turin, 1 h 30 from Monaco, 2 h from Nice.

L'appartement de Clarisse est très clair et agréable. On voit que ce n'est pas un appartement dédié à la location mais un lieu de vie. Très bien placé par rapport au village : à 10 mn à pied du centre Je recommande pour des vacances reposantes.

Ci siamo trovati bene, la casa è ben fornita e con 10 minuti di passeggiata si arriva in centro. La navetta gratuita che porta agli impianti ferma proprio sotto casa. L’ appartamento è molto luminoso e con un bel terrazzo.

très bon séjour à Limone
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, nous avons pu profiter de la montagne, apprécier le grand balcon de l'appartement. Clarisse est sympathique et réactive, Marco le gardien est attentif, bienveillant et lui aussi très réactif. nous recommandons cette location.

Soggiorno tranquillo con famiglia
Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e tranquillo. La casa è grande e ben arrivata. Si arriva facilmente a piedi in centro al paese e ai sentieri per fare escursioni. Una nota negativa è l'annuncio che parla di WiFi e piscina. Entrambi gli elementi non sono presenti nella struttura ma sono in paese, consiglierei di rimuoverli dalla descrizione.

Posizione ottima, molto tranquillo, proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile, custode anche lui molto disponibile. Anche se lo stabile e l'appartamento sono datati, l'alloggio è comunque tenuto bene ed è dotato di tutto il necessario; addirittura il materasso matrimoniale è stato sostituito da poco. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Appartamento veramente molto grande anche se un pò datato, comodo anche per 6 persone. Buona la dotazione della cucina . Le camere non sono un granche', specialmente il letto matrimoniale è sfondato e il materasso troppo morbido.

OTTIMA VACANZA
L'appartamento si trova a 700/800 metri dal centro e ci si può arrivare percorrendo la Strada Romana che è una piacevole passeggiata lungo il fiume. L'appartamento è luminosissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario (utensili, stoviglie, pentole, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ecc.). Le stanze sono ampie ed è presente un balcone che gira intorno per intero. La sig.a Clarisse si è dimostrata (anche se non l'abbiamo conosciuta di persona) molto collaborativa e gentile rispondendo tempistivamente a tutte le mail inviate. L'unica pecca è che sull'annuncio si leggeva che era presente il WI FI ed invece la signora ci ha detto che si riferiva alla connessione del paese. Ringraziamo ancora la sig.a Clarisse per averci ospitato e dato la possibilità di trascorrere un'ottima vacanza.

Nice place and view but cleaning to be improved
The flat is spacious and bright, with a very nice view placed in a quite zone five minutes walking from the village. Well equipped with dishwashing, washingmachine, microwaves and hoven but in the bathroom there isn't the bidet. The matress of the double bed was too soft for our taste (maybe due to the old bed net). However the flat is old fashoned and, to be honest, I would have expected it more clean at our arrival (the floor was very dusty, but kitchen and bathroom were ok). Very kind the porter of the building.

Struttura accogliente e confortevole, situata a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. Comoda per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici in quanto vi è la fermata della navetta sotto casa. La casa è abbastanza fornita. Abbiamo riscontrato problematiche nell’utilizzo del boiler, poiché troppo lento a scaldare l’acqua.
