"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Polis Gardens, and had a great holiday experience. The apartment was clean with the complex gardens and patio area well kept. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ and relaxing on an evening. The location is situated in a quiet part of town, though a hire car is recommended to visit the beach and other nearby villages, yet it’s just a 15/18 minute walk to polis for bars and restaurants. "We really enjoyed our stay in this corner house in Eva Gardens complex. Lovely garden, large patio, clean, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, large smart TV with Netflix, very comfortable beds. The property is very well located in a quiet area of lower Peyia, close to the Old Peyia village with many restaurants and tavernas and also close to Philippos supermarkets which provides free delivery! "The villa was ideal for our needs and situated in an area we love. Spacious, light and airy and with the added benefit of a ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a godsend together with a very welcome, ‘welcome pack’ We would recommend a hire car and there is the benefit of off-road parking. "Villa is in a lovely setting with all you could need for your stay. A car is required as it is set in the mountains and is about 30 mins from the harbour and restaurants. Demi was a great host and was very responsive to any queries we had."
