"This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides. We could not find the villa and...

"Wir standen vor geschlossenen Türen, haben angerufen, es wurde uns zugesichert dass in 5 Minuten jemand fürs Check-in kommt. Nach 45 Minuten haben wir nochmals versucht alle 3 vorhandenen Nummern anzurufen: es ging keiner mehr ran. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Die Nachricht des Betreibers: es wäre besser wir suchen uns ein neues Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin sei kurzfristig im Krankenhaus und er im Ausland."

"This hotel is outstanding. The room was modern, ultra clean, great a/c, nicely stocked mini-fridge, very nice bathroom, cool balcony. Located right in downtown with restaurants, bars, cafes. Absolutely great service, concierge and desk guys know everything and are friendly and will check out any info needed. Cool city too. "we booked 2 appartments Paid for 1 bedroom, got one room with 3 beds instead second appartment was 2 bedroom suit but no door separating bedroom from living room. I specifically asked for separate bedrooms. Pictures on hotels.ca is different than actual rooms Low ceiling, broken shower. Breakfast was ok early check out at 10 am instead of 11 or 12. cash only payments for city tax and no receipt issues by hotel. answer is we dont issue receipts. Maid are smoking in hallways"
