"All in all very good Hotel. Staff is the best. Especially Dinner Main Course but whole dinner and lunch is not varying as much as it has to be at a 5 Star resort."

"The staff won our hearts before we walked up to the front desk. The bellman (Theodore?) greeted us warmly and won us with his smile and helped us with our bags. He did the same when we left even though I told him I didn’t have any euros to tip him. Diana welcomed and oriented us and helped us throughout our stay. " Hotel receptionist is not helpful. Marina refused to address any questions and ask that i go to their bigger hotel across to figure out bill. Since the hotel rooms are ipma mountain, you get a ride to room with check in but that’s it. That would be ok, except that there’s no in room phone to call reception in case you need something or have a question. The bar was out of tonic and soda both nights and the beer was flat. "The hotel is located very close to the beach and the local dining options are within walking distance. The hotel has staff that is very willing to help you with any questions. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and the air conditioning in the room keeps the room at pleasant temperature. "

"Really worth our stay. Brand new facility with great care to design and super modern. Family owned and state of the art. With a quiet, yet mesmerizing pool, the friendliest of staff and a pool bar with amazing (included) breakfast and food/drinks that were delicious. We were 3 generations staying in a loft apartment (2 kids, a mom and two grandparents) and all of us felt happy and chose to spend most of our day by the pool and afternoons around the island. Thank you to the owners for a warm welcome and a warmer goodbye. We are enjoying our hand made sweets back home. "
