"Great stay overnight on a Sydney to Melbourne drive. Super clean and comfortable. Safe off street parking and a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Great breakfast (milk, cereal, crumpets, jam, tea, coffee etc) was a bonus. Will definitely stay again if doing the same route. Thanks."

"The house was very clean. We were a bit startled at having to bring sheets and towels, but we got enough warning to be prepared. The instructions came in a strange way that was hard to read but I managed to enlarge them enough to print them and if we squinted we could work out the words. The location was quiet, with good views. The beds were comfortable. We found the light over the table not good enough to play board games, but we were able to use one of the bedside lamps."

"We just returned from an incredible stay at this genuine pet-friendly escape (will accomdate up to 6 animals of all sizes!), and it was everything we’d hoped for! "Our family weekend away was so nice at Loyola Lakehouse. The property and grounds were looked after very well. The property is well appointed, luxury and space! The process was easy from start to finish and only being a short drive into town made it easy to get supplies and enjoy some of Mansfield town. Would happily go back in a heartbeat!"

We understand it is from the rain water tank. But we are concerned to drink it. When we seek help from the owner, the owner is overseas…. They tried their best to help over the phone call but they can only do so much. "

"I loved the cottage and the peaceful and natural surrounds - it was blissful. So many added extras inside - too many to mention - but small nice touches and there's a coffee machine !! Pods match Nespresso ! Very happy. Beds comfy and warm. All the furniture inside and out good quality and comfy. The old "trani" was a nice touch. ONLY ONE let down - was the split system aircon/heater. It's old and not that efficient - we had temperatures of 2 degrees and we were cold - had to wrap ourselves...

"Our stay at Warrenbayne Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Only 20mins out of Benalla, we were far enough away from town to feel quite serene, but with everything we needed at our fingertips. With a brilliant sized securely fenced block of land, our dogs had all the room in the world and two very friendly and tolerable Greyhounds to run around and enjoy themselves with. Mandy was an amazing host, we'll definitely be back again!!"
