"The description in the property ad does not do it justice. The building with two apartments stands at the edge of a huge meadow. It took me about 10 minutes for a leisurely walk to the far end; on the other side of a fence there are fields, and on their other side the Seine. Sculptures are scattered throughout the park. I enjoyed exploring them during early morning and early evening strolls. Our apartment was sparkling new, evidently a recent renovation of an old farm building. Parking is easy,...

"Comfortable bright and spacious home. Just right to accommodate our family to attend a family wedding celebration in Amuchy. Well equipped and very homely, good showers and large bath. Surrounded by peaceful countryside. Interesting visit to the cheese farm, and tasty cheese to buy. We had slight difficulty locating the property, as it is set back from the road and the gateway not clearly named. We used ‘what three words’ to guide our relatives."

"We had a very relaxing stay at this lovely spacious gite. It was very quiet with occasional cheerful sounds from the next door primary school. It was a bonus to have a boulangerie next door. While it is in a rural setting, it is close enough for day trips to Paris. Thank you Sandrine from us all."

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."
