PERFECT
One of the top 5 places I stayed at worldwide, just what I need for a stay over a night before a meeting in Lille, 2 minutes from the train station, very convenient with the passcode to get in when you want and perfect room with large bathroom. VERY CONVENIENT.

Modern flat but quite a lot of let downs
+ Very modern flat with kitchenette, modern shower, right in the center of Lille, with free coffee machine provided. - There are several things which do let this property down: No lift and my flat was on the last floor (4th floor) with steep stairs. Not very enjoyable with heavy suitcases and no one to help as there is no reception. Code to enter the room each time with small keys and fairly long number to remember. Flat windows with direct view on neighbours kitchen and living room. There are curtains but then there is no natural light. Stairs are very noisy and you can hear everyone going up or down. It really feels like people are in the flat, poor soundproofing. Although the flat is right in the center (very handy), it is next to a fairly dodgy area at night. I had a few people in a band begging for money. Also a few drunkards around. I didn't feel threatened but it is not a great experience to say the least.

The apartment was lovely,comfortable, modern. In the morning I popped out for breakfast and when I returned the apt. was being serviced with my stuff still there and I was not ready to leave which was a major disappointment. I forgot an item as the place was in turmoil. Also the noise from the cleaners was unbearable, not a problem if you are awake incredibly early. The neighbourhood is edgy, fine but be aware going in and leaving the apt. Personally I wouldn't stay again.

Great little place in the heart of Lille
Great little hotel in the heart of Lille near the grand place and train stations. Clean modern rooms with fridge, electric range, and sink and nice shower. Highly recommend.

No hassle check-in is a real bonus
This is a great, centrally located place to stay. The easy system of sending an access code via SMS means you do not have to deal with checking in and out and can come and go as you please. Great location close to the centre, Vieux Lille and offices. Parking at nearby Lille Europe carpark was very expensive so I will look elsewhere for parking next time. Only thing the room lacked was a mirror. There was a mirror in the bathroom,of course, but having a full-length mirror in the main room would have been much more convenient, especially for two people getting ready in the morning.

Un appartement plutôt confortable et agréable mais avec de petits détails qui mériteraient un peu d'entretien : frigo inutilisable car il ne ferme pas, rideaux à moitié décrochés, absence de produits de toilette (un oubli, ça arrive), vaisselle sale ... Dommage, ce n'est pas grand chose mais ça ferait la différence

Moderne pratique.
Je cherchais une chambre proche de l'opéra. (5min à pied). La chambre est jolie, pratique avec sa kitchette encastrée (sauf l'allumage automatique qui s'allume la nuit si on dors découvert), elle est bien équipée avec saladiers planche à découper etc... La salle de bain est très agréable (attention au bac de douche très glissant). La literie est bonne... Bref une très bonne prestation globale.

Horrible, à éviter !!!
Arrivée à 20h. l'hotel est dans une rue glauque peu éclairée, avec un sex shop et il faut pousser les poubelles pour accéder à la porte de l'hotel. Impossible de dormir car on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres et quand les gens sont dans le couloir ou l'escalier. Et pour couronner le tout, impossible de fermer les rideaux. En tirant les rideaux, ils se sont à moitié décroché laissant la chambre visible de l'hotel et de la passerelle d'accès. Il y a aussi un store qui ne descend pas jusqu'en bas. Cet hotel n'a pas de réception et la personne qui répond au standard m'a dit que je n'avais qu'à me débrouiller car personne ne se déplacerait pour réparer le rideau. Quand je lui ai dit qu'il était 17h et qu'il était inadmissible que personne n'intervienne, elle a tout simplement raccroché. Bref c'est du vol de facturer un tel hotel à plus de 100€. ça ne vaut même pas 50€ et si vous êtes adeptes des nuits blanches.

Incompetent hotel administration
The room was comfortable and nice furnished located in a comercial area closed to a metro station, but in a really dirty street always with weird people in the surroundings. The hotel doesn't have a reception and the only way to get in contact with the person in charge of the administration is a mobile phone. Most of the times you get an automatic answer and if someone peaks up the phone, the person hardly speaks english. Same with the contact email. I got the codes necessaries to get in just two days in advance after several calls and emails without answer and the same to get the invoice or the wifi fixed. I was in a business trip of 3 weeks and if this is the service offered to a person that is going to spend such a long time in the hotel I wonder how it would be just for a couple days stay...
