Free arrival day. Our 50 m² gîte-studio is upstairs on a farm practicing mixed farming (crops of wheat, corn and potatoes). Access to the upper floor is via a covered and comfortable staircase, located above the owners' garages. Our accommodation is located just 1 km from the center of the town, where you will find all the shops and services as well as a swimming pool and a cinema for your moments of relaxation. Living room/bedroom with equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hood, washing machine, no dishwasher). 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90x200 (maximum 2 people in the gîte). 100cm TV. Secure parking: Large shared courtyard with possibility of parking 2 vehicles. Bed sheets and towels included. Electric heating. including charges. WIFI (fiber). Located in the north of the Lille metropolis, our gîte is only a few kilometers from the Belgian border. Halluin and its surroundings are full of riches to discover. Whether you want to explore the surrounding countryside, visit historic sites or immerse yourself in local life, our cottage provides the ideal starting point. You can easily get around thanks to public transport located just 200 meters from the gîte, with regular connections to Lille, Tourcoing (Ouigo station). You can also discover the towns of Menin (Belgium) 3 km away, Kortrijk 14 km away, Roubaix (swimming pool museum) 14 km away, Villeneuve d'Ascq (Pierre Mauroy Decathlon Aréna stadium) 20 km away, Lille 23 km away. , Tournai 40 km and Ghent 60 km. If you need to go to the CHRU (Regional University Hospital Center) of Lille, please note that it is only 24 km from our gîte.

This apartment was brilliant and just right for the location we needed for an event. The owners were very friendly and helpful. the apartment was large ,spacious and full of light. very tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We also had the use of the garden and a gazebo was set up for us to use. Quiet location but within walking distance of town.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sehr ordentlich & sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Zudem ist die Wohnung mit Smart Home und WLAN ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, sympathisch und unkompliziert. Hilfreiche Tips gleich mit dabei.Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.Aufgrund der Grenznähe zu Belgien ist der Standort eine gute Wahl, um Belgien und Frankreich zu erkunden. Und auch die Niederlande ist nicht wirklich weit. Das Meer ist gut zu erreichen. Merci für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
