"Lovely hotel in a convenient location so easy to get around. Staff are all welcoming and friendly, good service, and clean rooms. Good range of choices for breakfast and lots of restaurants near by. We ate in one evening and their burger was great."

"Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi."

"Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin. Didn’t clean the cups, restock tea and coffee or just give it a general tidy so that was a little disappointing but otherwise I cannot fault it. "
