Lovely family and pet friendly home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Walking distance to Downtown. Enjoy easy access to everything Ligonier has to offer from this perfectly located home base.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 beds total. The unit can comfortably fit 6 people if a blow up mattress is used. This unit also just recently was updated with a 4 hole "mini golf course" in the garage. Enjoy using the full kitchen to have family meals away from home or venture into town!

The entire townhome is your private place to stay. This includes two bedrooms, a living room upstairs and in the finished basement. Full kitchen, one full bathroom upstairs and a half bath on the main level. You will also have access to the one car garage.

The main floor is located in the front and the one car garage is located in the back. The main floor is the living room, half bath, laundry room, and kitchen. The finished basement has a couch, TV, and entertainment section as well. The upstairs leads to two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Great host!
Andy is responsive and helpful. We loved being able to walk to excellent restaurants and around town. The shops at the circle are fun. Kitchen is great, we enjoyed some meals at the home and grocery store is close. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Not quite as advertised
Andrew communicated with us well and for the most part it was a clean property. "Air conditioning" apparently meant two window units and no central air which wasnt ideal for little kids trying to sleep. The only towels for the property were stacked and still completely wet in a closet so we had no clean towels. The curtain rod in one room fell down and ricocheted a nail into my two year olds travel crib. We left before even staying one night. The town is lovely and the unit is probably fine for people without kids just wanting to visit a pretty place and dont mind some quirks of an older place

Close to Idlewild & located in nice neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely neighborhood. Close to attractions. Nice one car garage. Sofa is basement was extremely comfy. The main bedroom had A/C unit & thicker mattress which was great. Only suggestion I’d make is 2nd bedroom could use a thicker, more comfortable mattress with mattress protector that doesn’t sound like you’re rolling around on Saran wrap. A perfect location & place to stay! We will return next year hopefully. Thanks Andrew.
