"Great service by reception, restaurant and bar staff. The spa area which we had been looking forward to using was crammed with children and toddlers who were using the area as a splash park. Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff. Reading through previous reviews, this had been noted before and hotel management had responded that it would be dealt with. Clearly that is not the case, which somewhat spoiled our...
