"Perfect location if arriving by train. We had a fantastic welcome and Sandra was very nice and clearly took pride in the property. The gite was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We walked to the old city with our 11 year old in about 25 minutes. The old city is magnificent! Having the cafe downstairs for breakfast was really easy. If we come back to Carcassonne we would hope this apartment was available."

"The apartment was spacious. 1 bedroom, and sofa bed in living/kitchen area. Very clean and great air-conditioning. Kitchen/cooking area was basic but adequate for a short stay. Reception was welcoming and spacious. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was any bother. Breakfast was self service with good choices of cheese, bread and pastries. "From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance....
