Arrived to a what,outside the property,was a building site!Dangerous in many areas. Should have been informed beforehand!Dreadful way to treat people. Host spoke no English. "We really enjoyed staying at this house and wished we could’ve stayed longer( stayed 8 nights) we were very warmly welcomed the second we stepped through the door . One of our favorite parts was the hiking trails which covered the forest and it was easy to make day trips to Strasbourg,Colmar and even Baden Baden, all the towns had Christmas markets. We hope to return sometime in the future and it is very pleasant to stay during the christmas holidays."

"I loved this house as far as lay out and location. Perfect for a large family with a lot of bedrooms and levels. Just be sure to use HomeAway for payment and for the deposit. I was told I needed to pay cash for the balance of the trip and the deposit and that the deposit would be returned to me the day I checked out.
