The building is very attractive; the proprietor was very pleasant; the breakfast was good. The room was spacious & clean but badly thought out - e.g. amongst other things, power sockets for the bedside were behind the bed and inaccessible, the loo was situated below a very low, sharp point of the ceiling, the curtains served no purpose at all. "Absolut tolle Pension an den weinbergen der Mosel. Zimmer sehr gepflegt und ausreichend groß. Uhriger Weinkeller der zum verweilen einlädt. Vorzügliches Essen, vom Chef selber zubereitet. Die Weine sehr sehr lecker. Man merkt das die Familie den Betrieb lebt. Sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen. "

"Very modern and spacious room. Plenty of space for the family to feel comfortable. Surprisingly modern inside with a fan/light in the main bedroom and comfortable beds in both rooms. Spacious toilet with an amazing shower. The view from the terrace is special overlooking the Moselle river. This area in Germany is a hidden gem. The town itself the hotel is in is beautiful and so is Cochem. Would definitely come again and stay in the same hotel"

"Had a few issues due to booking via Hotels.com, but the owners and staff at the property were great. The suite we had was massive, with 2 bath/shower rooms, and both had great views. There was a well equipped kitchen available if you wanted to self-cater. Free parking on site, and only a short walk to the beautiful town of Traben-Trabach. Only a short stay this time, but I hope to return for a week next year, to take advantage of the hiking, cycling and wine in the area. Many thanks to Niels...

"Sehr gut gelegen. Zu Fuß kann man wunderbar den Ort erkunden. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Man ist sehr schnell in Bernkastel-Kues, Traben Trabach, etc. Wir als Hundebesitzer wurden herzlich aufgenommen und man hat schöne Möglichkeiten, mit dem Hund zu laufen. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert."

Die Zimmer für die Gäste sind sehr modern eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Frühstück wurde in Büffetform angerichtet. "This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"
