"The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. "At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

"We stayed a week in this lovely cottage. I cannot praise it enough. The location is fantastic in a lovely quiet little village close to good amenities in nearby Benfeld. It is great for exploring Colmar, Strasbourg, Alsace and the Black Forest. The cottage is comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und man kann viele Unternehmungen machen."

Laundry facilities were excellent Handwashing in second bathroom appeared to be diluted. Insufficient toilet paper provided for a 5 day stay for 4 people. It would have been good to have more information provided in binder in English and also directions provided for supermarkets within walking distance."
