Opened in April 2018, our cottage comfort is for 8 people. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room, relaxation area with large library, board games.
Outside large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchair.
10 minutes from Selestat between Colmar and Strasbourg the cottage is located in Liepvre small peaceful town with bakeries, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, banks ...
Bike path 50 meters from the house and possibility of beautiful hikes from the cottage.
Close to the wine route (8 KMS) and major tourist sites in the region, the house of 120 m2 has been totally renovated and is independent. You will find all the necessary comfort to make your stay in Alsace pleasant.
Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.

Lovely, well equipped property in a great location for exploring the region. Loved being able to walk to the boulangerie for our baguettes & patisseries. Lots of information provided for suggested outings. Owners were lovely and good communication. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property and gracious hostess
House was very comfortable and had been newly remodeled. The hostess is incredibly friendly and was very helpful as we found our way around the area. We were visiting the ancestral home of my wife’s family and also the site where my father was captured in WWII. A very moving and comfortable stay.

Beautiful, comfortable home in quaint town (commune).
Gorgeous, very clean home with everything you could possibly need. Wonderful creek with 2 entertaining ducks right beside the home. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and greeted us with a welcome gift. Thank you Claudine and Alain!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!
Claudine and Alain are gracious, thoughtful, super responsive hosts. Rain was in the forecast and we planned on walking to a friend's place in La Vancelle for dinner, so they kindly provided umbrellas and flashlights. The place is incomparable! We stayed for 7 nights and loved every minute of it. The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is exquisitely decorated. Claudine has a real talent. She also provided excellent local guidance whenever we had any questions. The location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 2-4 Jahren für 5 Tage in Claudines Ferienhaus untergebracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus ist recht neu renoviert und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind urgemütlich, genau wie die beiden kleinen Wohnzimmer oben und unten. In der Gegend gibt es tolle Ausflugsziele (Colmar, Strasbourg, kleine süße Dörfer an der Weinstraße). Die Kommunikation mit Claudine war immer super schnell und hilfreich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Parfait !
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce gîte. Dès notre arrivée, la propreté impeccable des lieux a retenu notre attention. Chaque coin était soigneusement entretenu, créant une atmosphère accueillante. La décoration, alliant charme rustique et modernité, est superbe. Les propriétaires ont clairement pensé à tout pour rendre le lieu confortable et agréable. Le niveau de confort était tout simplement remarquable. Les lits étaient douillets, les espaces communs propices à la détente, et l'équipement de la cuisine très bien fourni. Enfin, la gentillesse des propriétaires a été la cerise sur le gâteau. En résumé, un gîte où propreté, confort, décoration soignée et accueil chaleureux se rencontrent pour créer une expérience parfaite. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Auch wir sind begeistert von Claudine, ihrem Mann und dem schönem Haus! Claudine hat schnell auf meine Mails reagiert und flexibel auf unsere Check-in-Probleme und Check-out-Wünsche. Der Empfang war überaus aufmerksam und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus entspricht vollkommen den Fotos / der Beschreibung und ist sehr sauber; wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben ein Familienfest in Lièpvre gefeiert und ich bin glücklich diese Unterkunft entdeckt zu haben. Herzlichen Dank Claudine!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus von Claudine. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wanderwege und zur Weinstraße ist es nicht weit. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren super und wir haben die elsässische Küche ausprobiert.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ergänzen sich Altes und Neues. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sogar das reife Gemüse aus dem Garten durften wir ernten. Unsere Räder konnten wir in der Garage abstellen. Es gibt auch Liegen und einen großen Sonnenschirm. Im kleinen Ort gibt es einen guten Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt.

Superbes vacances en Alsace
Gîte très propre, confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé : accès rapide aux grands sites incontournables (Strasbourg, Colmar, Ht Koenigsbourg, route des Vins et des Crêtes) tout en bénéficiant du calme, de la verdure et des chemins de randonnée du val d'Argent. Wat een heerlijke gite in de Elzas/Vogezen!
Zeer aangename gite, je voelt je er onmiddellijk thuis. De eigenaars hebben dit heel goed aangepakt dmv mooie spulletjes van de brocanterie, elk plekje is heel mooi aangekleed. (Misschien wel niet ideaal als je nog kleine kindjes hebt?) (onze kinderen zijn pubers) Een heel ruim en geriefelijk huisje, zo goed als alles is aanwezig. Je moet enkel naar de winkel voor voeding en drank. Tuin/terras: mooi, kleine groentetuin(tomat-courgette), alles aanwezig om te barbequen, ligstoelen ook aanwezig. Je hebt een leuk uitzicht op een pleintje, naast de gite loopt een klein riviertje waar onze kinderen af en toe met hun voeten ingingen (om afkoeling op te zoeken tijdens de warme dagen) Je zit op de ideale uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstappen… oa Europa park, zilvermijn, … Liepvre zelf is niet zo wow.. met de buren geen contact gehad. Wel een zeer lekkere bakker, om de hoek, dus op wandelafstand! T zoeken naar een kindvriendelijk restaurant in de buurt: niet zo efficient, je moet al naar de andere dorpjes of stad rijden, bv in Selestat vind je oa Mc Donalds, KFC, Buffalo Grill… De gite heeft oa ervoor gezorgd dat we een fijne week hadden in de Elzas/Vogezen. Het verblijf is voor ons heel belangrijk en dat is bij deze zeker gelukt! Een gite om te onthouden en door te vertellen!! Mvg Kristine en Tom en kids

Wat een heerlijk comfortabel huis!
Vanaf het moment dat je het huis binnenstapt voel je je er thuis. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en tot in de details verzorgd. De afwerking is van hoge kwaliteit en het huis is heerlijk schoon. We waren er met ons gezin en een kleine baby en hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. De 2 badkamers met 2 aparte toiletten waren ideaal voor ieders privacy. Ondanks het mindere weer kun je je hier goed vermaken. Er is veel te zien in de omgeving, mooie routes door de bergen er naar toe. Een dagje Basel en Strasbourg zijn ook goed te doen. Wij hadden genoten van Colmar, overdag en in de avond. Eguisheim, Ribeauville en Kaysersberg. We hebben ook nog een bezoek gebracht aan het automobielmuseum in Mullhouse en het Vitra Design museum net over de grens. Allemaal prima te doen met de auto. Verder hebben wij ook tussen de wijngaarden gewandeld. We liepen van Riquewihr naar Hunawihr langs Zellenberg en weer terug naar Riquewihr, het was 14 km totaal en zeer de moeite waard! Ook om te fietsen. Een bezoek aan het kasteel is ook leuk, dat is vlakbij. We zijn hier 10 nachten verbleven en het weer was wisselend, het kon 10 km verderop zomaar zonnig zijn… Dus niet getreurd;) Wat we ook erg fijn vinden was de bakker in het dorp, lopend er naar toe en elke dag heerlijke verse broodjes en croissantjes met naast de bakker een supermarkt die dagelijks geopend is van 7.00u tot 21.00u. Claudine is een zeer aardige gastvrouw, samen met haar man maken ze je verblijf zeer aangenaam.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet - noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mit Kindern hat man einige schöne Ausflugsziele. Für uns war auch der Aufenthalt im KZ Natzweiler-Struthof sehr eindrucksvoll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Elsass sehr genossen.
